Their Internet services constantly go down and I heard their support network is terrible. It's literally like the South Park where the cable companies make you their bitch. Please tell me other cable companies also have this problem in Charter's defense.

Charter LoL

A 5th tier company that not that many years ago was run by crooks n feds indited them. Few years later they file for bankruptcy and go heavy in debt to get out and keep stock exchange people happy.

Then very recently with this heavy debt they attempted to take over Time Warner Cable yet with an offer that made Non-sense. Track record for customer service is shit.

I used to invest in cable companies but gave that up couple of years ago CEPT I made a few bucks when Comcast made its offer to Time Warner.

Comcast which is the largest also has horrid customer service n some parts of USA Time Warner customer service ain't good. I am on Border with Two Cable companies and have pulled strings so I can get service from both but that's not exactly legal re dumb legal state rules.

When someone asks me about the best company for wireless - I always tell them it depends on where they plan to use it MOSTLY That said I usually say Verizon n yes they help fill my wallet but I wood say that anyway.

With Cable a lot depends on where you live. So may cable companies have bought OUT other companies so it depends on infrastructure. How old how new - Who did the build out etc.

In my hood people run high cable fees for the full packages so say Time Warner offers great customer service. In poorer hoods that would be poor service - all bottom line as Cable is loosing lots of customers for OTHER then Broadband Net which is eating them alive re Netflix.
