Topic: Who do I contact in EA Support over a faulty serial code?
+Anonymous A — 12.4 years ago #33,698
I attempted to contact them before via a live chat, but the guy just disconnected. This is an issue that has been bothering me for the course of a few years now and I would like the peace of mind that comes with getting it resolved.
The issue I am having is that I cannot seem to be able to register my copy of The Sims 3 Late Night on the official Sims 3 website. I also attempted to do this over Origin to no avail. If the product already was registered to my account then it is not showing up on my Sims 3 profile on the website nor is it showing up in my Origin library.
Their support website confuses me to high heaven and I have no idea who I call or e-mail for support to help me resolve this issue. Greenheart Games were good in helping me resolve my Steam key issue, but of course, with Electronic Arts, nothing is ever that simple.
Does anyone here have experience with contacting EA Support?

You don't contact EA support, you throw rice at a brick wall until it collapses. There is no such thing as EA support.

Well, yes, but that's a cordyceps-infection type of relationship. More accurately characterized as
they encourage you opening wallet.

A few posters from the Simlogical forums said they just ended up giving them a new serial key in exchange for the old one.
