Topic: Snap.on is fucking annoying.
+Anonymous A โ 12.4 years ago #33,629
I've searched for how to remove the browser hijacker, but I cannot complete the steps as there is nothing under Control Panel's add/remove software list, no extensions for Chrome, and it keeps coming back for IE11.
I can shoot a nigga or two over this.

I already looked that up, but the problem is that when I goto add/remove programs I see none of those programs listed and I also do not see any extensions installed for Chrome.
Even setting the options for search engines and tabs still resulted in it coming back. Do you really need all of those extra programs?

OP picked it up as a bundled program from some other program he installed for free and failed to read the fine print
OR uncheck a box.
So its probably buried in THAT Free program.
OP think about the Month Day it first appeared on your computer and remember what kind of stuff you installed.
I so often see updates on Adobe this n that such as Adobe PDF or Flash and have to Uncheck that freebee crap they want me to install.
http://malwaretips.com/blogs/snap-do-toolbar-removal/
OP review this site carefully and read top to bottom AGAIN - My guess is that its not going to be easy to find as Snap-do cause its buried in that freebe you downloaded and you need to get rid of that Freebe in total.
In total also means all registry shit and there just a couple of great free tools that can do a more better removal job if you need them.
