I am taking a course in HTML/CSS and Perl/CGI. The assignments for the former, despite the stylesheet being correct, won't display on the page when the .htm is linked to the .css. And worse, it's due today.
Perl is now overdue, but the instructor is on a 8 day Caribbean cruise so he won't be doing any grading until next week.
I am fucking stupid when it comes to remembering the syntax that I need a reference to look at.

I'd offer to help, but I don't know fuck all about perl/cgi, and I'd need to see the html and css to check it which is probably something you can't do.

I do PERL as part of my living n I am not so much so great at it but I no nuff to survive. I considered helping out on the Minichan thread re help with homework but its rare I do MORE then give a few hints to lead the way. Doing someones homework is not my idea on helping anyone. However I never do HTML-css anything so it wood be OUT of my world view.
One unfortunate part of working back at Qualcomm wazzzz the company grew so fast it hired mass of people with experience in the world of programming languages and allowed anyone to use what they were used to and let it all patch 2getter in a mass of programs. Zillion lines of code that ended up patched with wayyyyyy 2much PERL.
I suck at C++ but on occasions write PERL to patch this n that and hope the company I consult4 will take my Beta stuff and fix it up buttttt then never do.
AND ANYONE THAT Buys that learn PERL in 21 days is smart to buy the book but DO NOT expect to use it more then as a cookbook - 21 days my ASS!!
