Donald Trump talked about it in an interview recently. He said "I've seen people with a Tic Tac Toe board tattoo. What is the point? I don't recommend them. Most people that get them regret them later."
I agree. I dislike all tattoos. I do not have one and neither does my wife. Slutty girls that have them often engage in low behavior like using drugs, abusing alcohol or miscegenation.
Getting a tattoo really marks you as a low person. Someone of the lower socioeconomic classes usually. This is not good.
