(AP) Emboldened by events in Crimea, French-speaking Québécois have voted to become part of France. Said separatist leader Jacques Clouseau, “Sacré bleu. We hate the Canadians. They make us wear deodorant and constantly complain about our smelly cigarettes. We’re happy to join the French people who don’t care about such things.”
The reaction in Toronto to these surprising events was mixed. Many people said, “good riddance” and one man asked -- where is Quebec?
