He's the one who made nigger music before the Beatles did. Some white trash honky from Tupelo who made millions, bought a pink mansion, ate deep fried peanut butter and banana sandwiches, wore sequined capes, got fucking fat, and died on the shitter. He is what every American from down south would be if they made millions.
I don't believe Elvis was ever at odds with the Beatles and I do not like it when people compare subjective things like music. I am not even a fan of the Beatles but that so many people loved them and still do is not a mystery to me.
