There are lots of "official" pictures of Matt's apartment complex, but most of the pictures are deceiving. There's a nice courtyard, but most of the apartments are cramped, dirty, one-bedroom units that are subleased at exorbitant prices to foreigners working at any of the nearby schools.The apartment complex got a 58% score from previous and current tenants according to this site: http://km.focus.cn/reviewhouse/review_view.php?group_id=220133&review_type=11&show_msg_id=184145763
The company that made the buildings is, apparently, known for shoddy construction, and in China that's saying a lot.
