He's a fine man who was unfairly persecuted as part of a protracted campaign of slanderous defamatory libel. If I recall rightly too, before its deletion by Josh on Scatchan, he had praised my essay elucidating the merits of neurological hypermasculinity and its cultural retainment even in expressive forms where such would seem to run contradictory; no, that doesn't merit sucking up or deferring to him, and I'm still critical of this new leaf he has turned and the motivations behind it, but it's clear that certain baggage had worked him up to self-debasement of a character which we should hopefully see reform provided he plays his cards right. I, for one, forgive him.

I don't for reasons you could not fathom, and due to my cynical nature, I dont believe in change unless under very strict terms, which I don't think took place.

Again, we'd be shared in our weariness. However, I can be a very hopeful and quixotic sort at times, and it's not as if I've not been handed chances to reform myself, that I've taken as opportunities to great effect. Sometimes it takes that little bit of encouragement, really. Treat someone how you see them and, unless they're particularly stubborn in conviction, they'll just bend to the stereotype.
