Which is pretty ill-advised because high dosages of Prozac just exacerbate anxiety.

Maybe see your primary physician instead of the psych about the anxiety? Next time you see him bring it back up. He might be trying to see if the prozac will solve the anxiety problem. Codiene can help as a mild anxiolytic but it won't last all day and obviously it has drawbacks with regular use. You could reserve that option for particularly bad days though. There's a couple designer benzos out there but they're mostly disappointing.

This is the doctor we usually see at school. He doesn't have much mental health experience. If he doesn't help I'll ask the nurse to see her husband instead, who
