Oh, not that PVCC. He's talking about the Phag Validation Chan Conspiracy. Basically it's a conspiracy orchestrated by individuals of certain chans to torment him but in reality their very existence validates some of his more asinine delusions. He hasn't commented much about their end game but he published an academic article a few months ago which offered substantial proof for the existence of this shadowy group.
