She speaks of having similar issues to mine young enough (I can't remember if she said 13 as well or younger still) that I'm willing to believe she's genuine, however, not being a discerning sort or having proclivities to sternly held views or principles, she's bought into the whole transgender-homogeneity garbage. If that works for her though, well enough that she's convincing, and isn't merely living a stereotypically self-humiliative jacking-off fantasy, good on her.
I know she hasn't transitioned, and I don't believe her therapist is doing any favours but might be intentionally misleading her into that self-debasing 'TGism as a lifestyle' garbage, and I'd recommend she find some way to, even if it ends up delaying her progress, stealthily move forward. America has much more black-market options for this kind of thing.
