Well... as girl'ish as a middle-aged man can, I guess. The years of meth use didn't do his leathery hide any favors and his application of makeup gives him a rather clownish appearance. Basically he's a somewhat effeminate man with tits. Electrolysis wouldn't hurt, but due to his 'tism grooming isn't exactly his strong suit.

I think I've stated that I intend to kill myself before any of this is known irl, or if it is (a few know of this persona), well, I think they'd do better than to engage in an active campaign of humiliation out of spite, but who knows.
