I've taken no hormones.
Testosterone bound to the dopaminergic pathways are known to cause brain damage especially during a psychotic episode, so I wouldn't be too sure that it actually isn't my own hormonal biology combined with distorted neurochemistry during the overdose.
That being said, it's actually fixed my aphasia, I write far more pragmatically than I ever did.

Who else gives a shit about the interaction between neurology and endocrinology apart from Autphag? Most modern scientists are some weird form of substance dualist denying homeostasis between the two systems and separating the body and the brain, because that then opens up questions about the brain and genetics, specifically ethnology, which is considered politically incorrect. Talking about 'genetic defects' in context of politically manufactured labels is somehow okay though, e.g. autism, which is probably the biggest evidence that psychiatry is an apparatus of cultural Marxism. Having read the literature, too, multidisciplinary crossover is rare if it happens at all, these people are pretty much systemic autiso-Talmudeans within their own fields, worthless.

It would be unlikely given all else. I'm using a different computer with a different UID because I dumped the old one away. An impersonation effort for somebody currently using the board would be redundant, first because it'd be even more obvious, but secondly because switching through UIDs is the work of OCD-suffering basement pedophiles like only 2 other users we have on our board, TG and Doc. Absence of a voice recording besides, of course. We all know the autists would be completely bewildered by the slightest alteration in my voice if I were not to get the distortion correct. I'm sick of these implorations though, I swear.
