Topic: Being a trans woman is usually just a fetish.

+Anonymous A12.6 years ago #31,906

Most are simply autogynephiliac straight men that get off on the idea of being female and eroticize having a female body. The rest are mostly ultra-feminine gay men that are self-loathing and cannot handle life as men. But most fall into the autogyn camp. They live most of their lives as (usually white and middle class) masculine straight men, with masculine jobs in the military or IT or police work, have wives and kids, but when they hit their 40s or 50s they come out as women, or worse, lesbians. It's just a sick fetish though. Wearing women's clothing turns them on. Having a feminized body turns them on. They are pervs, not women.

Can you prove it?

It's clear there's been dislayed here no real understanding as to autogynephilicism being translesbian-specific usually. The homosexual transsexuals (in the Greenian sense of them being straight as their chosen gender) are the more genuine, but more still, are also the more neurally masculine.

The rest are just out of context, badly stolen and thatched together radical feminist soundbites. It'd do a service for you to read up on psychodynamics, sexology, and esoteric occultist ideas on sexual character and racial soul's relation to such.

It's cool. Whatever works for Autphag is alright, good luck to her.

Probably more than half of trans women are still packing dick. Many "lesbian trans women" say that they wish to keep their "ladystick" for "lesbian purposes".

80% don't undergo SRS. More for translesbians than straight trans, as you'd rightfully predicted.

Not necessarily. I'm attracted to women and desperately want to be female, but I'm not aroused by the idea.

Men and women are different, therefore trans men and trans women are different. There are differences in biology, psychology, socialization, and behavior. True transsexual men and true transsexual women transition due to sex dysphoria, but some people who claim a trans identity do so for the wrong reasons. It's bothersome when fetishists or flakes claim a trans identity yet do not experience sex dysphoria. This post is about impostors, not truly transsexual people.

I've always said that the true transperson who actually does have a gender dysphoria are relatively rare. The number of people who now claim transgender status rises continuously due to the fact that drag queens, transvestites, cross dressers, fetishists, and neurotic people who are confused now place themselves under the comforting umbrella of "transgender".

While it can be argued that those who actually have gender dysphoria technically fall under that umbrella, the fact is that a true transsexual almost inevitably wants to and usually does fully transition. The ones calling themselves transgender who are in the other groups are really joining a rather large club, and don't have any real intention of becoming anything other than what they are.

The true transsexual is not a fetishist, nor are they any of the labels that being transgender now affords to so many. I refer to the trans* crowd as transtrenders. They experience some confusion or have a fetish or have some other dubious motivation, so they trendily adopt a transgender identity. I think that transsexual is not the same transgender, transsexual is a very specific experience. However, many people confuse or conflate the terms, so that an androgynous genderqueer special-snowflake with ze zy zo zum pronouns is lumped in with actual transsexuals. It's all mixed up. Personally, I would have no problem with ditching the transgender umbrella altogether. It creates more confusion and hassle than it helps.

Your title was confusing, partly because of the typical conflation that I thought you were merely pandering to as a troll. No, that makes plenty of sense. As I've discussed on Scatchan already, the nature of my issue is such, however stilted you may find my arguments, that I don't identify with the exaggerated effeminacy or just seek to move my body towards a vauge resemblance of something "pretty" for sick voyeuristic fufillment. However, I would argue that the transsexual is not necessarily destined to complete transition on a contingency of resource deprivation or social attrition/humiliation. (That's to say, never bothering to even start or announce the fact, maybe even with unexplained suicide.) My only issue is the undue suspicion aroused by later transitioners who may well be the more honest bodily-incongruence type by the younger gender-dysphoric microphallic-woo wavers.

I'm not sure what you think of the whole phantom-homunculi thing.

SRS is the least urgent part of transitioning (since you can pass without it), and also the most expensive, risky and intimidating. The current barbaric procedure probably fails a cost-benefit analysis even for many 'legitimate' trans women.

Yeah, I talked to a lot of them on that website that Catherine gave me for educational purposes, and the trans women acted like cis men.

Do you still fill like an asexual?

+Anonymous G12.6 years ago, 2 hours later, 3 hours after the original post[T] [B] #367,464

Or it's just people hoping on a bandwagon making it difficult for people who may or may not deal with gender dysphoria (from my research gender identity disorder is no longer the official term for it).

No, he's now a heterosexual female, his asexuality was just another part of his denial of his transgenderism.

My asexualism was as @previous (H) describes here, but it was also to signal to those to back the fuck off even if I wanted to entertain just plain cissexual queer feelings because I'm sexually too hypoactive to satisfy anyone else anyway.
