I am the only person in my industry who does what I do. I actually have a name out there, and I am proud of that.

And I get 0 fucking respect from my own employer. I make them tons of money, I work long hard hours, and I don't get shit in return. I am frustrated.

But ask my clients and their carriers. They've heard of me and think I'm fucking awesome.

Could you do this job without your company? As in go into business for yourself but try to keep the same clients and what not (depending on what contracts you signed with your present employer).
