have you ever found yourself in a public bathroom with a locking door and just decided to pee all over the whole room or worse?
Some people will temporaily remove the plastic trash bag from the garbage can then pee into the garbage can before replacing the bag. Sadly with the innovation in modern toilets, the days of the upper decker where one removes the lid on the toilet tank and drops a big load into the tank then replaces the lid are coming to an end. However this can still be done in private residences.
