Women in history seem to have manage just fine by manipulating the male-controlled world. They had men fighting for them and took advantaged of it.
When one examines human history as a whole perhaps the whole patriarchy of our history was merely just an illusion.

While men controlled the world physically it was the women who controlled the men.
