To my buddy who is away with work most of the time so it let it to him real cheap (£250 per month for a london flat) I hardly see him but he asked me if his GF can stay in his room for a while. I told him it was cool but she doesn't seem to leave. Just stays in the room all day and if she moves around the flag after dark she never turns the lights off. I'm forever turning off lights in empty rooms. It's anoying

Yeah. And she's here all the time. The deal was that the room was let out to my friend only but I can;t really complane since he was away for 4 months and I did say he gf could stay for a while... It just feels like she has moved in. Sadly I'm not in a postion to just keep it as a spare room not unless my gf gets a job but I let her quit to focus on uni work
