Well based on this reply and lack of replies after Quack probably has gone back to trying to discuss his offer privately.
Ducky you may be tempted by this offer but Quack wants unfettered access to you.
The vagueness of "a few minutes every few days" is intentional.

His comment about "Re-Negotiation" shows he expects this fully to go on for another few months at least.
Think very carefully about what he will even be discussing in these "calls"?
It's going to be how he misses you, his emotions, your past, your relationship. Indulging him when you want nothing more than it to end.
How can he move on? He can discuss your life, his life, and anything else in public.
