Okay, that's good, but just make sure you can minimize any possible damage Quack could do to your home life by talking to him. I second this quite a bit. You should gather as much evidence of his terror and harrasment and then take it to the police. Get a restraining order and a no contact order, which would prevent him from calling you or contacting you in any way. Help put him in prison. Mods should also ban him, even before the restraining order. He's a jerk and has done things that are pretty much illegal.
TL;DR: Fuck him up with the law.
