spoilering because i dunno this is a sensitive thing for people
it spawns from dysphoria and the likes, and the sensitivity a person has to that kind of thing varies really widely? like how trip or i dont care much but my irl friend was really sensitive about it.

and it's usually just a chain reaction? like just getting misgendered once can cause it because that kind of thing sticks in the back of your mind because it's always there. it's not just "this body isn't right" one time and it's over, it's a reminder every time you have to pee or shower or even do somethign as simple as look in a mirror and that's every time. and that can snowball really quickly if you're not graced with an androgynous body.
