I've been cutting them out, but last night I ate a donut that was in my fridge. This was the first time I ate one in years.
I feel dirty now as I heard donuts are by far one of the worst things you can stuff into your gullet.

Are they really that bad or is it just paranoia?

People say Twinkies are bad for you because of the trans fats which leads to clogged arteries, but what is it about donuts that could kill you?
