Topic: What is a good phone and carrier?

I've been looking to get a smartphone for sometime now, but have no idea what to look for in a model.
I would like a smartphone with unlimited phone, text, and web since I assume that web means any online enabled app including the web browser. It would also be nice if it had front and back cameras as I've been in the market for a camera as well. Figured this could technically kill two birds with one stone.
It would be nice if it weren't too expensive per month since I expect to pay a monthly fee instead of a pay as you go unless that is a better means of doing it.
Does anyone here have some advice on finding a good carrier and phone?

No. Cell cameras are shit, no matter how many 'megapixels' they have.
