I was having a bad day and it helped me shake it off. Mark has an intimate take on things and put it in a such a way that made it feel... empowering. Grate stuff. The TED talks are hit or miss sometimes but it was well worth the paltry 15 minute investment.

Yeah, I had fallen into a sort of negative loop and just needed to be reminded that when you get that into that sort of state that well... it's like having blinders on.
