I am currently eating a package of chicken salad from Food 4 Less and I do not like how they loaded it with little peas and orange stuff.
I like the chicken and only minor vegetables in my salad.

Ya could get it exactly as you want it

Salad is just lettuce n a few veggies with chicken added. Ya can micro up a chunk of chicken in minutes and add to veggies n toss with dressing.

Chicken salad is any salad that comprises chicken as a main ingredient. Other common ingredients may include mayonnaise, hard-boiled egg, celery, onion, pepper, pickles and a variety of mustards

When I have some left over broiled chicken I make mine with cucumber for the crunch along with celery. Usually no egg or pickles cept pickles wood be ok its just that I don't keep a jar of such around.
