find an outlet for it. art, writing, join a goddamn gym, do something. and get away from here too. join another site. one with less of a community. reddit works. reddit's really good at eliminating the community aspects if you get the right ones. the only problem is it's really easy to fall into shitty subreddits and all. learn something new. do something with that knowledge.
