next time a “health care” person tells me I should exercise I’m gonna inform that the word ‘exercise’ is derived from the word ‘exert’, which itself comes from an ancient Sumerian root word meaning something akin to “slow and painful torture”, and then I’ll advise them how disappointed I am in them as “health care” people that they repeatedly suggest I willingly engage in slow & painful torture when that can’t be good for my health.
