One that knocked me out yesterday. Simply buy goat cheese in a roll type package. (any package will do but the roll makes this super fast to make)
Roll the cheese in Orange Marmalade and then roll it in diced mixed nuts. Slice and put on a plate.

I go to GSW they have the meatballs, sauce, and cinnamon. Put in a crock pot with one stick heat on low for a few hrs. Stir occasionally.
