I read about a sick fuck...
He goes to poor towns and pays people 5000 - 10000 dollars for their young ones age 9-13. He takes them to a big house where he puts them in a basement. He begins with cutting the nerves to their limbs so they can't move much. He then surgery cripples their voice boxes so they can only make noises. Then he takes a high power laser beam to their eyes and zaps them until the subject is blinded. It gets worse. He then puts headphones on their head and blasts Justin Bieber mixed with Miley Cyrus full blast for 24 hours to make them go deaf and make them hate hearing anyway. He then puts a stun gun in pre drilled holes where memories are stored. He sells this to other sickos for 20,000.
