The black continent is rapidly becoming far overpopulated for what resources it can (natively) access, which is next to none, seeing as Judeoangloid companies still control the distribution chains of industrial processes. Soon, negroids shall be crowded out of their own economies; already the vast majority of them rely on foreign aid, so it's simply a matter of having the forewisdom to cut it off and effectively embargo Africans from within their own economic system. I believe this will be attainable organically without any further modification of trade or foreign policy.

Adapting from a Monster Rock crashing down maybe not so good. Apparently anything that was dependent on sunlight for plant growth n plants end up in food chain, so no sun for a few years means no food other then wot humans could grow with indoor light systems. If I choose not to die of course; it'll never be involuntarily, because I never bought into the "wow, a magical diagnosis which exonerates my obligation to self-sufficiently provide for myself ever" mentality the rest of the autistosphere has.
