Check with others in the hood where you just moved2 - Good way to meet neighbors and have baby sitters in future re your pending marriage.

In the past Comcast has throttled downloads, to slow them down. They have been infamous doing that to bit torrent sites. In my hood they used to but now with so many going Netflix they have stopped fucking with it butttttt I no for a fact they do in hoods where they have yet to upgrade network (nodes)

Ping tells me you're not far from Comcast net switch.
