The way his glitch works is that he owns a modded console where what happens is that when he robs a liquor store, he steals 1 billion dollars because he hacked the game files. Then he spreads the money around to the lobby. Rockstar is really starting to come down on people like this. It's the same method where people were able to mod in Franklin's Buffalo/Tow truck/etc. into the game when it shouldn't be there.
When you use the tow truck it causes anyone in the area to glitch out of the game and their console freezes.
