The action is similar to flicking a coin or something. Either use an X or + position with the tail, then aim to the bullseye and flick the dart at it. Wrist motion should carry it instead of using your arm strength.

I'm not sure I can explain it too well. You need to hit something 3 times to open it for scoring. Like I hit 20, 3 times and you've only hit it twice, I can score 20 every time I hit it until you close it by getting it a third time. We played 20 19 18 17 16 15 doubles tripples bulls and fart sack, which was three darts in the same number.
