actually less than two months ago.....had some blood drawn when I had some kind of flu-lite kind of ailment....bloodwork was for checking if my stuff was OK to start taking some hypertension med....which I decided not to take...and they called back and said liver function kidney function cholesterol....all of it checked out great......only thing was slightly high iron........I must have awesome genes....cause I eat tons of burgers and I do drink on special occasions and some other times also..

The only remedy for too high of iron is blood letting. Seriously. It's called hemochromatosis. You don't have it or they would have told you. Did they order any additional tests? Is your weight compared to height good? If the doctor suggested hypertension meds there had to have been some reason. Is your heart ok?

no problem with my heart....it beats strongly for the ladies of TC.....BP was marginally high...docs love to prescribe stuff unnecessarily....I do not want to be one of those people who are on like seven diff meds every day.......the side effects and contraindications can be much worse than the supposed ailments..
