Depends on wot you want covered. Prior to the new laws, if you had any health issues in the past such as a car accident injuries that were the fault of someone else - Insurance company still held you responsible.
So EVEN if the person at fault paid for it YOU end up with a bad record - Cost of new insurance plan wood be sky high.
That was a few months ago - Now/ No one really knows but look at this

No not medical expenses, unpaid medical bills. Never said they took your house. But having fucked up credit score will make it very expensive to borrow money.
