That last one... that's like a margin of error just in case, right?

I mean I've heard about these "actual safe drivers" but Idk if I've actually seen one in the wild during the years I've been driving.

I've seen enough of the "I drive better/fine when I'm drunk" drivers though if that counts... although they seem to end up in that incarcerated group or cease to factor into the equation altogether sooner or later. Strange.

In Los Angeles Korea Town ..Koreans drive so safe they actually cause others to have accidents because Koreans drive so S L O W everyone tries to pass them in say a 25 MPH speed zone.
