actually it was like this:

me: I can't believe i spent close to 5k on you and then you decide you don't wanna be in a relationship
her: dont worry, ill pay you back
me (knowing she *never* does what she says): orly? then do it or ill spam your nudes
her: that's extortion
me: ok fine, I take that back and I'll just spam your nudes whenever I feel like it

then a few similar situations happened

then she went to her mom and they went to the cops

from what i know they told her they can't do anything other than filing a stalking report, which basically means they just recorded the fact that she doesn't want me to contact her. spamming nudes is not criminal afaik and she could only proceed in a civil lawsuit.

then she took it back.
