I developed the image in my mind that he was an Arab immigrant who recently arrived into the US, a borderline sperg obsessed with petty comic shit, studying for his medical degree which he was paying for on a mountain of debt, but he didn't care about any of that.

Now that I know what he actually is, I think I'm even more disgusted and certainly far less endeared.
