Trading wins in Criminal Records for RP and vehicle upgrades is key. If you want to earn money quickly, play Base Invaders by calling Ron. The trick to that mission is to land either a helicopter or Ron's plane near the second set of bleachers, then use a sniper rifle to dispatch the F16's by shooting at their tail ends. You have to be at a distance away from them in order to not alert the surrounding soldiers because they will not stop and it makes getting the Cargobob fairly difficult. It brings $25000 for ~10 minutes of work. I believe you need to be a Level 27 to activate the level, BTW.

There's no point in buying the 400K apartment because the cheaper ones look exactly the same except for a different view, but who the fuck stands around looking at that shit anyways? I personally went for the 330K one in the Weazel building. I don't understand how people can fuck around for very long in anyone's apartment because the interactions become repetitive and you cannot run either.
Also, the selling bikes glitch for quick cash still works. I imagine that Rockstar will fix that soon.

Doesn't surprise me. I haven't personally encountered anyone who is walking around with 10+ million in their banks, or an Adder that they legitimately own. The unlocks for those supers are going to be pretty amazing. I wasn't even aware that there is a Bad Sport Lobby until a few days ago.
Also, a tip about maxing out your Strength is for someone get into a car and the others continue to kick the shit out of it. After ~10 minutes it should be completely maxed out.
