This is my desktop. Unfortunately, I've had to censor both the background image and the files that my desktop is filled with due to questionable legality. I'm curious as to why your Start menu has the Shell logo though.
This pic is a few months old, but it's essentially the same as what's there now. Some of the icons are in different spots, and my monitor resolution is calibrated properly now, but that's about it.

My copy of windows has hardware identity disorder.
It's a perfectly legitimate Windows install, but it was installed on a VIAO laptop that died several years ago. I didn't have a working blank drive to install windows on for my desktop, so I just plugged in the laptop drive and have been running off of that for about 6 months.
