Your response is consistent with what one would expect from someone who meets the previously described diagnosis. Your delusion and narcissism will continue to degrade what concept of reality, if any, you posses.
If ever you are forced to confront your problems your anger will increase to the point of interfering with you ability to function within the normal constructs of healthy social interaction. This has been demonstrated already with your behavior at work and the consequences you faced as a result. Eventually your anger will reach a critical mass and you will destroy yourself.
Because of this you need constant supervision and medication. The good part is that people of your kind are easily noticed and often reported. Whether or not you seek help you will receive it eventually. Just keep being you, people will notice.
