The end scene is Walt riding into the compound with Huell and his gangbangers in Humvees spraying bullets into the nazis.
Flynn gets shot in the leg and says "I can't feel my legs anyway!" as Walt laughs hugging him and the blood pours out.

As Walt continues to cry Jesse appears from behind and shoots - killing Walt.
Flynn shouts "WHY?" ... Jesse says "The same reason ... you were just tortured ... he poisons everything"
Jesse then shoots himself in the head.
