What's the deal with this site?

It claims to have several people running the site but after 6 months of visiting and uploading to the site I get the impression there is only one very lonely and rude nasty person doing everything like approving new uploads and (sometimes) answering members questions.

I am curious, how many people does it take to run a crappy little hosting site?
