He said he knows what town you live in, and was going to take a photo of you at your work. I doubt he'll go around every garage taking photos of every part time mechanic in town. You should be pretty safe.

You did actually mention which county it was you worked in on there a while back. I wasn't taking notes so I don't remember myself, but I guess if someone else has been watching you they'll have jumped on that information. Add to that the company you work for, the month you started working there (you talked about the job as you started it quite a bit) and that you work there part time, that would actually be enough information for any basic PI to sniff you out you know. I guess it depends how much some people really want to find you.
