I was reading that technically rape is defined as something like 'forced vaginal penetration', that is its actual definition. Therefore, even if a woman ties you up and forcibly has sex with you it is not technically 'rape' cos she is still the one being penetrated, even though she is holding you against your will.
Does anyone know if this is true?
