In many departments, he ticks the boxes. Fiscal policy. Economic growth. International diplomacy. Fighting terrorism and insurgents. Education (relative to previous national standards). Healthcare (relative to previous national standards). Law and order. Infrastructure creation. Improving the standard of living and opportunities for a very large proportion of the Russian population.

The only areas he is less than perfect is environmental management (but that is on the improve), and civil rights (some minorities do struggle for a voice, but that is probably how things should be).

I rate him an 8.5/10, which is miles ahead of anybody else.

Well done, Vladimir. Your people are lucky to have you.
