It's great once in a while just to take a swim, experience that sensation of near-weightlessness and limber up or relax. I prefer springs personally. Nothing is quite as refreshing as a dive into icy spring water on a hot day under the oppressive Florida sun... well some hydromorphone swimming in your veins comes close.
