Being asexual is the same as being trans or gay. Asexuality is off the norm and it means you cannot add to the population if it needed to grow. It's just another form of deviancy which can have a negative place in society. You just need some annoying celebs to claim to be "asexual" then it will become a trend like trans people.
How does that make you feel?

Asexuality has strong evidence for genetic and neuro-biological origin, that's to say, it is hard-wired. Meanwhile, though real research is suppressed and the research supporting the politically correct 'hardwired' position for gays and trans is as thin as a reed, it generally points to both being a mental illness neurochemical in origin and socio-dynamic Freudian disturbance, mostly, that is to say a somewhat conscious choice, or when unconscious, mediated by something anti-psychotics can fix.

The hard-wired active sex drives of protosexual people will make the lifestyle very boring for them after the initial novelty wears off. It's not like homosexual deviancy where heterosexuals consciously choosing their fate get thrills of the mere idea of deviance.
