You are suffering from severe hypochondriasis. Consult a psychiatrist.

He's saying you're a hypochondriac. It's possible to feel pain in dreams, doesn't have to mean anything is really wrong with you, it's if you're feeling it when you're awake that you need to worry, or if the dream is excessively recurring.

She is and you're a hypochondriac enabler who needs to be seperate from the patient to prevent the contagion of feminist ideological necrosis which will only serve to amplify her hypochondriasis.

He has feels, it's just that they're mostly disgruntlement, irritation, and unrest.
I have on at least 3 occasions woken myself up by making a concentrated physical effort in a dream which managed to override the natural safeties and transferred to one of my limbs.

I don't know much on the subject. All I can say is I did something unusually forceful in the dream and was awoken by a clumsy physical motion by my hand or leg which correlated to what I was doing in the dream.

That sometimes happen when somebody in a normal dream state mistakes their situation for a lucid dreaming state, all it does is break the course of the dream, forcing you awake. I see what you're saying now.
A lot of studies out there saying lucid dreaming is a myth anyway.

Lucid dreaming isn't as simple as that, it involves conscious awareness within the dream, the dream having realistic, almost life-like qualities and not just an indistinguishable blur, and above all, exertion of self-control over all one's actions within a dream, but such a phenomenon may very well be a myth.

You have been suffering from remotely simulated psychosis from the age of 12 then, likely implanted by CIA-ADL operatives.

I'm a bit confused about that description. Do you mean simply exerting free will within the dream realm, or exerting persuasion on forces which would normally be outside your control?

Occasionally there'll be magical elements or flight. (More often flight.) But it's usually tied to some control device and limited to one function. It a bit disappointing really. I'm so grounded in reality that even the fantasy worlds of my dreams must follow a strict logical balance.

you could create your own balance man. it just takes practice. I couldnt even fly before, just jump like I was on the moon. I thought I couldnt fly but I read online you can ask dream people to throw you in the air
I asked someone to throw me (a super nice indian man) and ever since then I can fly to the sky and fly around the clouds
I dont get to look cool like superman or a bird, I just flail my limbs around. once I stop flailing I start going down. but hey at least I can fly
